The new album Infernal Damnation is finished, release-date yet unknown as Dracena is still not signed to any label.

Dracena are currently in the studio to record the new album. Some tracks will be uploaded on this site at the end of October.

Dracena will also contribute to a WASP-tribute which will be released by Valhalla Records sometime 2005...

We want to wish a Heavy New Year to everyone in contact with us, friends, families, zines, mags, fans...

We are looking for a studio at the moment, have a few interesting offers this far. The album will contain 8 new tracks and is entitled Infernal Damnation.

The MP3-section is finally updated, our older demos are now available for download.

There's nothing much to write here at the moment, besides the fact that we are working with the new material, and it's planned to be a fullength album this time. More specific dates will appear later.

I am getting a lot of questions about certain things regarding Dracena, so here is some information:

Yes, Dracena is still alive and right now there are new material under creation. There are no dates for the recording yet, but hopefully after the summer.

No, we do not have any merchandise, any demos left, no promomaterial or any bandphotos for sale.

Dracena has also been asked to feature in two new metalbooks:

- ROCKDETECTOR A-Z OF ROCK & METAL DIVAS, which will be published this autumn by Cherry Red Publishing in London. The book will include full biographies and global discographies of all Rock & Metal bands, of ALL styles, that feature women prominently.

- An upcoming book written by Angela Gossow featuring females in extreme metal, which will probably be released later this year.
